Patty Buys Houses is a division of Cash Buyers Michigan L.L.C. and is owned locally by Patty Clair who has 10 years of experience buying and selling houses.
She grew on a lake where she learned to swim and also enjoys boating. Patty played sports in school and is an avid football fan.
She also rehabbed houses with her father, she recognized through that experience that she was, in fact, mechanically inclined. She started out as a self-taught "handy woman" , then went onto a "Jane-of-trades" and ultimately a construction contractor herself.
Graduated from Oakland Community College with a degree in Renewable Energy Technology and helped build affordable housing in Ferdale with Habitat for Humanity.
Patty's aging parents expressed a desire to stay in their home, as opposed to moving into a nursing home. As well as being her parent's caregiver, she also had to renovate their home in order to accommodate their changing needs.
Finally, "Turning Trash into Treasures" is her motto. She presently enjoys repurposing old furniture and creates recycled art.
