Patty Buys Houses

Patty Buys Houses is a division of Cash Buyers Michigan L.L.C. and is owned locally by Patty Clair who has 10 years of experience buying and selling houses.

She grew up on a lake in northern Oakland county where she learned how to swim and also enjoys boating. Patty played sports in school and is an avid football fan.

Patty started out rehabbing houses with her father, she recognized that she was, in fact, mechanically inclined. She started out as a self taught "handy woman", then went onto a "Jane-of-all-trades" and ultimately a construction contractor rehabbing houses herself.

Graduated from Oakland Community College with a degree Renewable Energy Technology and helped build affordable housing in Ferndale with Habitat for Humanity.

Patty's aging parents expressed a desire to stay in their home as opposed to moving into a nursing home. As well as being her parent's caregiver, she also had to renovate their home to order to accommodate their changing needs.

Finally, "Turning Trash into Treasures" is Patty's motto. Presently, she enjoys repurposing old furniture and creating recycled art.
